I've lived here for 4 months and so far it's great. Complex is quiet, units are quiet (concrete walls), having a backyard is really nice. Our unit is only partially renovated so we didn't get a microwave.
The location is great, and the units are very private. They updated the laundry room so it’s nicer and works better. Had little things throughout the unit that the managers said they would fix but never did. Overall very lenient and understanding
Resident managers are very hands-off and considerate of tenants! The townhomes themselves offer a great space at a fair price; the location is also a plus. The common laundry facility was recently renovated, which was a nice addition. Overall, good quality.
The ONLY positive thing I can say about these apartments is that the location is ideal. If you want to walk to short north bars/Goodale Park, then living here is great. Other than that, the company and property mangers who live on the premise are horrible. They have sent threatening evictions notices and attempted to overcharge the tenant for anything. Not to mention rent is overpriced and the washers/dryers provided don't even work that well. Don't recommend living here.
