Highly recommend NY wood stairs. They designed and built my wood stairs in a timely manner with extra care placed into the measurements, comfort, and the delivery. Their installers were highly professional; very careful not to damage the floors and always making sure that every detail was communicated. They are very responsive and always in communication via email, text, and even a phone call! I was very impressed with them. Thank you AJ and team for a great experience!

In addition to giving me a great price, AJ was flexible and creative when it came to addressing the particular conditions of my project while other stair contractors I were not. He also offered to upgrade my stairs from poplar to white oak at no extra cost because he had some remaining material from his previous project! NY Wood Stairs was one of the only contractors who has been helpful and human during a long and stressful home renovation. Thank you for everything!
