The customer service was a nightmare. I called four times, and three of those calls were abruptly disconnected for no reason. I spent an hour just trying to schedule an appointment—only to get nowhere. I ended up reaching out to another hospital instead. Honestly, AI could do a better job than these representatives. If they dislike their work so much, maybe they should consider a different path instead of wasting people’s time. Good luck!

This hospital is dangerous for all kinds of baby pediatric. They don’t have any good experience. My baby stay there 3 week. I can’t believe how bad is there service. Day by day baby getting worse. So be careful . Also some are very unprofessional doctors is there.
