It was good but they did not announce the stops so we got off at the wrong stop. Then we had to buy the tickets again to go to the correct stop
not enough shuttle buses to serve people who need to arrive home and work on time; ferry does not arrive on time; shuttle runs slow in manhattan, needs to be replaced by some working solution for commuters
The short: Horrible outdated tech and fleet that is barely supported and overpriced. Staff ranges from people who have to break the rules to offer decent service, or follow the rules and leave customers barred from boarding at the gate. By far, the most expensive ferry to NYC, with the worst service - bar none. The long: NY Waterways has some of the most bipolar customer service ever.
