Made an online appointment with a specific tiers. When I went in they said that they do not have that in Stock and gave me more expensive tiers. Associates are very disoriented taking more time to answer calls with out finishing with the current customers. Every thing here is an added service so be sure to get a quote before you go in for the job. My tier installation was ok. They have a guest WiFi for the customers but no one knows the password for it. They can improve more on customer service
