My recent experience at a New York Thread located in Quakerbridge Mall on the morning of Wednesday, July 24, 2025. My son and I arrived at the salon at approximately 10:05 a.m. for his regular monthly eyebrow threading. My daughter and I also frequently utilize these services. Upon our arrival, I noticed an interaction between an older staff member and a younger employee that seemed unprofessional.
