I had the worst experience doing my taxes the lady with the glasses had a horrible attitude and she is very de respectful she very on professional, she kept on talking to her coworkers laughing and joking. very rude !!!!! talking about other things instead of doing her job . Very disappointing with this place because I have been coming here for years and this behavior it’s unacceptable.
