I honestly don’t know anyone who has a whole lot of good things to say about nyseg. I’m currently waiting in my empty house that I’m supposed to move into for them to come turn my gas on and the window they gave me was from 8am to 4pm. We have the technology, and the resources where this shouldn’t have to happen. I’ve been sick with a high fever the past 4 days and having to sit and wait for them when I can’t get a smaller window, or even make an appointment is B.S. why not just call the individual when you’re on route to th... read more

We were made to sit in the freezing winter cold with no estimation of time as an 8 to 4 that is 8 hours we have to sit and wait in the cold it is winter we left for 20 minutes to the local store to get lunch they refused to come back out they scheduled me for the next day I sat from 8 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon freezing cold no worker yet when I called all they have to say is there is an open window from 8 to 4 is the open window it's past 4 it's freezing cold and it's winter out all she had to say was someti... read more
