The club is closed due to COVID 19, but continue charging membership fee! and this is not a first time they overcharged their members.
I was charged a month after cancellation with no explanation as to why. I spoke to Kieth twice and he assured me he would take care of it, nothing happened. I emailed the general manager Rachael Karpilo and never received a response. The initial charge was close to two months ago and I just received another. It is ridiculous that you have to jump through hoops to rectify a mistake on their end.

Hi NYSC, can someone please contact me regarding membership? I have called twice (with voicemail), left 1 note at the club, and emailed twice. Still no response from the club manager after 5 attempts to make contact. I am trying to rectify an agreement made with the manager back in early November that was not honored.
NYSC charges fees after cancelling memberships, they charge renewal fees for someone whom cancels. Any other people have this happen? PM me maybe time for a class action!
I went to New York Sports Club for an introductory Spin class. It was awesome! The instructor, Jannicka, was super motivational and clearly very experienced. Thinking about giving Spinning a try? I totally recommend coach Jannicka at New York Sports Club!
