friendly staff, open 24 hours! – I didn't find the layout annoying at all. What, you can't walk up 4 flights of stairs? The place is big, and seems spacious, but above all, it's open continuously from Monday morning to Saturday night, which is great for a night person like me. Also, the locker rooms are higher quality and the showers are cleaner and better-maintained than the other clubs I've been to - 14th & 5th at Union Sq, & the ones on 16th, & 28thish.... could be because I only go at very off-peak hours, however.
