We provide fitness programs for every level athlete, from a 60 year old who has never been to the gym, to a long term fitness buff. We believe everyone is an athlete, and we help them believe it too. We offer nutrition help, youth athlete training and have a full service top of the line gym as well. We give our members the tools to live better, feel better, move better and sleep better. We change their lives.

I used the sauna for a $5 drop-in cost, if you do the math, stopping in about 5x a week I was paying $100 a month just to be in and out within 30 mins each time. Now they want $20 drop in per the owners. They want 4x the amount by saying I shouldn't have been charged $5. So they are basically asking for $400 a month. I understand it's could just sign up for a membership but I don't want that type of commitment. This is price gouging and is illegal. I won't support this type of business.
This is the best gym I’ve Been to hands down. The facilities are very clean. All the workers are very polite. I would definitely recommend getting a membership at this gym
