I made an appointment for may which got rescheduled by NYSI to June and then they rescheduled that appointment to July and just now the day before they called me to reschedule again. They apparently dont care about their patients. Time to find a reputable place.
Put in an online request for pain management. Only the Long Island offers pain management and PT. Very disappointing
Do not waste your time with this practice, unless you like waiting well over 45 minutes to be seen and still no doctor.. Office staff is clueless and are no help at all. Saw Dr. in August, he suggested a MRI and dictated what place I should use, so that he could see the results quicker. Ok, no biggy. Asked me to call him when it was completed, so that he could review and give me a diagnosis. 7 weeks later, a few phone calls later and I am still waiting. They are unprofessional, a complete joke. NO STARS
