I have to use a walker cause of a broken ankle and the driver call me asking me to cross the street from the address he was supposed to pick me up. I explained my situation to the driver and he stated that I needed to cancel and request another ride cause he couldn’t pick me at the requested address. This is unacceptable, inconsiderate and lack of sympathy for people who are disable.
