They deserve any stars they are a bunch of thieves that took my whole life when I was 14 days late they sold my unit. And then continue to ask me for lfull aynt after it was sold. They lie , and thieves I would not recommend going to nyss or liffey movers they just want your money and everything in your unit. Insulted me about being upset they sold my unit said I was crying and making a scene. Would not recommend
Our company has been with New York Storage for 3 years. Their service is great and the staff are very helpful. When we had to move they provided the packing services and boxes and pallets for free :) It's wonderful to work with a company that supports small businesses.
Very friendly staff and clean facilities. I have used their in house moving service multiple times to bring items from my unit to other locations and they are also excellent and clear communicators.
