We had multiple rugs cleanedwool, silk, and even a flatweave. The free estimate was easy to schedule, and they handled the pickup without any trouble. Each rug came back spotless, with no damage to the delicate woven sections. I especially loved how the silk rug looked brighter than it had in years.
