A bit late on this review, but I am forever grateful for my experience with New York reproductive and wellness. The entire staff and team were so helpful, caring, and attentive from the very start. The billing team fought with my insurance to get me coverage for my egg retrieval procedure. The staff was so patient working with me, especially because I was a nervous wreck throughout lol. Very good staff and good experience due to excellent service and logistics arranged. IVF is a lot about scheduling, timing, appointments and this office is excellent , accurate, professional that makes your already hard journey a lot easier. Let along the staff is always so warm and supportive on the journey. The office has a low turnover rate as well. In my few years with them, I have always seen a same set of crew. Highly recommended if you are looking for fertility services around this area!
From day one, Dr. Zapantis and his staff provided comfort and reassurance to my husband and I. There was always a plan, caring words and smooth appointments. Thank you to everyone there (doctors, nurses, reception, embryologists) for guiding us along our IVF journey. Truly appreciative to have such a great practice so close to home.
Dr Zepantis and his staff are amazing. My husband and I have been so fortunate to find him during our difficult journey. I really appreciate how they are so kind and caring. All of their staff are so helpful. I highly recommend him and this clinic.
