It may not look as "swanky" as my last breast imaging facility, but Midtown Medical is efficient about scheduling, helpful in coordinating my mammogram appointments with my breast surgeon (Dr. Estabrook) appointments, and I rarely have to wait longer than 20 minutes. The technicians are as caring and gentle as they can be. My family and I were very pleased with the professionalism at this facility. From the courteous reception staff to the competent treatment team, our experience at this office exceeded our expectations. The staff were accommodating and assisted us when we had some initial complications in securing an appointment. We are thankful to all the staff, with special thanks to ultrasound supervisor Luba Goldman for her expertise and wonderful care. We would definitely return again.

What can I say. I have been going to West Side Radiology Assoc. for many years now. The staff are not only warm and caring but professional and very skilled at what they do. My doctor is just a few floors away from them and it makes it so convenient that they are both in the same building. I was referred to Midtown Medical Pavillion to have a biopsy done on a suspicious tissue in my breast. When I was going there, I was understandably very nervous. However, I had an incredible experience. The supervisor of the Ultrasound department, Luba Goldman eased all of my anxiety. I felt like I was the only one there even though the office was busy. Great facilities and attentive staff. – I have been a patient of Midtown Medical Pavilion for many years. I've had my mammography and sonograms done there as well as any other kind of test my doctors prescribe. I choose this particular facility time after time not because it's at a convenient location. I live and work in Brooklyn but commute to this facility because it is well organized, professional, and efficient. Making the Uncomfortable Sublime! – I have been a patient of Midtown Pavilion for many years now and have nothing but wonderful things to report about the establishment. The first thing that comes to mind is the personal care that is provided. Every employee in the office is friendly and compassionate, but also accurate.
