They canceled my appointment three times and always with same excuse: radiologist has an emergency, they even knew about these emergencies a day before!! Very poor customer service. I had to take day off three times from work and still couldn’t do my imaging

My gold chain went missing from their locker while I was getting an MRI!!!!! I came on November 6 at 7:30 for a brain MRI due to severe migraines for 7 months. My neurologist within my insurance referred me to this clinic. So they weren’t my personal preference and I didn’t come for an MRI at night just for a simple interest.
