I went in for a vasectomy, which is supposed to be a simple and routine procedure, but my experience was extremely concerning. First, I waited nearly 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time. I was told they were busy and short-staffed. Being understaffed for procedures like this is unsafe not only for patients, but also for the doctors and nurses performing them.
