They cancelled coverage citing the property was "unsecured and vacant". I read the email while in the property, secured with surveillance cameras, padlocks on gates, new locks on every door. The other reviews are correct. This firm is a scam and they're falsifying reports via Venture Underwriting.
Lost power had to wait over a week for someone to contact me. Adjusted came out took pictures and I forward all necessary documents. We paid out of pocket to get the power back on.
