Contacted them a week before needing the graphics and was told no problem. I asked for proofs Steve said he will have them in a day. When I didn’t get them next day I fallowed up with him and to my surprise he says he no longer can do it unless I want it end of the week. Now I wasted two days thinking NYC printing will do the job and we need to find a new solution in a rush which just adds stress. Would not recommend for any important work that is on a time schedule.

New York Printing Solutions is the real deal. We tasked them with a rush order that had a lot of specific details and they made it happen at rapid speed with high quality. Steve provided a quick turnaround for the quote at an extremely competitive price and Melonie provided excellent customer service throughout the process as well. Overall, a great experience and will definitely be returning as a customer in the future.

We had an AMAZING experience with NY Printing Solutions! We had a last minute rush order and they were SO fast and responsive. One of our signs did get a tiny scratch on it in transit and they were so quick to replace it for us (they replaced the sign AND re-delivered it to us for free, no questions asked). The person I spoke on the phone with was incredibly kind and our prints turned out so beautifully... I cannot recommend them enough!!

This place was awesome and very professional. They helped me print a custom acrylic print for my father’s birthday and did a phenomenal job & had great customer service. Steve was extremely helpful and delivered great work!
