I gave it one start because I can’t give it a cero start. I came to the Presbyterian emergency room on March 22nd at 10:30 with a sprain ankle in a lot of pain. There is no staff on the station. I’ve been waiting for more than 5 hours with no pain medication, no nurse, no doctor to come see me. Went to ask about the doctor or any pain medication and I was told I have to wait till a doctor picks up my case, to go back to my room. Your nursing staff in the emergency room sucks. They don’t care all they do is run their mouths talking about other people instead of doing their jobs. Let’s start with I entered the hospital 3/10/25 around 9:30am. I walked in was triaged and was called to the back. The first night normal monitoring and questions then normal being informed I would be admitted standard for me.
