We have owned our home for 30 years with the foundation being a basement using this product. We live in the Deep South and this product insulates without the humidity penetrating. It also is comforting to know it is reinforced to withstand high winds (tornadoes in our area). I definitely recommend this product.

ICF construction is not mainstream. Good ICF vendors are hard to find. NY Polysteel is a one stop shop for all you need to get your ICF project done! With advice from the head guy Chris, help from his sons, and construction experience, you'll be sure to have success!
I have worked with Chris for many years now as an Icf installer. Nothing is too much trouble, he gives great support for both ordering materials either direct or via clients. Deliveries are smooth. He is also wonderful with technical support in the field if we come across any issues that are unfamiliar. Would highly recommend to anyone
