We had a fantastic experience with New York Plantings Garden Designers. While we didn't have the largest outdoor space to work with, there was a lot of detail in the design and New York Plantings Garden Designers team took a lot of care to make sure the build reflected the specifications. Thank you for delivering us a fantastic outdoor space. Can't wait to enjoy it this summer!

Please stay as far away from this "company" and its owner Todd Nappi as possible. 48 hours after having minimum work done on my irrigation system, Todd Nappi called my home at 2am (waking up my two toddlers) raging about lack of payment, even though I offered the $150.00 owed on the spot, which his "employee" politely refused because he said that I would be invoiced. His "employee", Mike, even texted me for my email address to send the invoice (which had not gotten to me yet). I concur with the other negative coment on h... read more

Very Good work from this established NYC Garden and Irrigation company. I am a homeowner and interior designer here in NYC. I see some "reviews from employees or some other folks but if you notice the work is excellent and you will never see an image of poor quality work. After speaking with the owner we realize that he loves his work and is hard on employees who are lazy or incompetent. Business is not always a popularity contest, everyone has their own personality. I have worked for Todd for four years and he is such a good person at first glance. In reality he is a thieving racist who uses the bible to justify his actions. He will always find ways to blame others and is quick to use racial slurs. Most of his reviews are done by him. He has no company just a Truck. He will lead you to believe he has a big company with multiple trucks and workers. My girlfriend and I hired NY Plantings to install a green roof on a house I recently bought in Brooklyn. We found Todd’s firm online. It has a very nice website, regularly updated blog and Todd was very responsive to our initial inquires. When we first met him, he was really friendly, professional and presented us with a good bid, so we decided to hire him. As soon as the 50% deposit was paid ($19k), his behavior changed.
