Kiambu did more for me in 3 sessions than trainers, physical therapists, and other miscellaneous specialists did for me in 4 years. He's a true master - I did one bodyweight squat and he immediately identified multiple things to start working on. After my first two sessions I started walking more smoothly and with less pain, and after my third session I was able to start fixing issues I've been dealing with for more than a decade. Have been suffering with knee pain for a while. Finally decided to make an appointment here. When I left after 1 visit, my pain went from an 8/10 to a 2/10! Imagine after another visit!! Definitely worth a visit if you suffer from chronic pain.
For the past few years, I have had debilitating chronic pain in my upper extremity, which has resulted in multiple surgeries.
