I shouldn't even give one star honestly. The negligence shines through quite well. Terrible. After my scheduled appointment I am done. Barely cared when I miscarried. Even though to me my pregnancy was everything. I'm hurt. And infuriated they won't help me. They don't even return calls anymore. Everything is a difficult task when you're incompetent.
