For someone who does not trust to let my hair easily to anyone, I was hoping to find attentiveness and caring on my next haircut appointment. Today I found that with Maria. I went to this hair salon a while back and had a decent hair cut but was overcharged for a service that I did not ask for. The stylist did NOT ask if I wanted it and added it and charged me for it without my consent. I only noticed the line item when I was emailed the receipt. When I emailed them to ask about it, they did not offer any compensation or even apologize for the stylist overstepping.
