I honestly don’t know the world of hair and was nervous trying something new but had Victoria, and she took the time to explain everything and adjust things so my hair can fit my lifestyle; amazing service and so kind and really listened to my thoughts so I could trust her to take control and she did fabulous!!
I could not be happier with my experience at New York, New York. Vince was incredibly personable and made me feel like a long time customer or even a friend only minutes after we met. I love the way my hair turned out, it is super easy to style and just the perfect style for my hair. Anytime I am in Ottawa, I will be booking a hair appointment at NY NY (and hopefully with Vince!) Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Marina has been my hairdresser for years. She’s a dedicated stylist and expert colorist who truly cares about the health of your hair. I have curly, frizzy, thin hair and wear it curly or straight depending on the season — Marina always adapts my haircut perfectly as my hair texture changes. Her fun & warm personality makes every appointment something to look forward to. I highly recommend her work!
