I had a wonderful experience at this salon! As an extreme nail biter, I’ve always felt nervous about getting my nails done, but the team made me feel so comfortable and supported. Tracey did an incredible job with my bio gel extensions - even with my damaged nails, she was gentle, non-judgmental, and super skilled. My new favourite spot! Tracey did a fantastic job on my daughter’s nails, so I returned to get mine done. Reasonable prices, professional, will definitely be returning.
I had an excellent experience at Sen Nails & Spa. All of the staff were very welcoming, warm, and attentive - even though it was very busy. Tracy and Helen did an amazing job on my nails, listening to my concerns and helping me choose the right style, and I left feeling really satisfied. My mom is also a regular customer here, and always recommends the salon to her friends and speaks highly of the staff and services. I will 100% be back!
I had a very disappointing experience at Sen Nail and Spa. I arrived around 6:15PM (they close at 7:30PM). There were only a couple of customers, and plenty of staff available, but I was told that they only offered press-on nails at that time and it would cost me $60 or more. No other options were provided. I felt like my time and effort were completely wasted. The whole experience was just a hassle. I left feeling very unsatisfied
