I visited this shop for a simple nail fill, and the experience was extremely disappointing. My nail was cut far too short, and despite the poor service, I was charged more than my previous visit—when I actually received gel polish. This service was careless and clearly not focused on customer satisfaction.
Got a full set of acrylic nails charged me $95 nails were shorter than I wanted and rhinestones started falling off on day 4. Went to the very last station lady didn’t seem to understand English much at all. Nails broke at week 2. Design was sloppy lines uneven and just lacked skill of doing designs. Very rude people also.
Went with my husband to get my ingrown toenail fixed and in the process I convinced him to get his pedicure with Lili , he enjoyed the pedicure so much and the massaging chairs we booked our next appointment already. The staff is very nice and professional.
She made lot of cuts on my hands. That burns badly. Not recommended
