Made an appointment 3 days in advance for eleven thirty. I get there and she tells me that the appointment was for at 1230, but they could go ahead and do the appointment for the pedicure now, but I would have to wait till 130 to get my nails done, they were booked together. I won't be back
Asked for a pedicure, ended up getting a color change only. They charged $55 for a smiple color change because they said I asked for a pedicure. Yes, I did ask for a pedicure when I walked in. However, once in the chair, I told her to change the color only, and that's the service that was provided. I should have been charged for the service rendered only. I paid the $55 and will never be back.
NY Nails has done a great job for me with manis and pedis. In particular, I want to give a shout out to Paige. She has always been on time, has been fun to talk with, and does an awesome job. Highly recommend both NY Nails and Paige.
