We are really happy with the job that was done. The prior owners had carpet and padding in the basement with zero ventilation. New York Mold Specialist analyzed the air and checked for mold behind the sheet rock. They removed the carpet and padding then cleaned all the surfaces. Major Improvement.
I worked with Tal on a commercial space I needed inspected. He immediately made me feel comfortable and explained how the process would go. The appointment date was given, it was extremely fast securing a date. Once he came to the space he did a wide range of inspections and testing.
