We are really happy with the job that was done. The prior owners had carpet and padding in the basement with zero ventilation. New York Mold Specialist analyzed the air and checked for mold behind the sheet rock. They removed the carpet and padding then cleaned all the surfaces. Major Improvement.

He takes the time to explain things and complete a thorough inspection. As a former business owner I can say it isn’t easy to keep up with it all but he does and he does it well!

Wrote an email to get a quote, immediately got a response got a call to confirm and booked an appointment for that weekend. They showed up and did their inspection. All fast efficient, and professional. They sent me my lab results and wrapped up with one last conversation. Highly recommend.
