Ordered an asbestos microscope kit and called prior to confirm what would be included in the kit and was informed what would be sent and ended up getting different items then was informed. Which in return caused me to have to call and speak to a representative. After explaining what happened they were very condescending and disrespectful multiple times....buyer beware their lack of knowledge costed us

We order parts and bulbs from them in for a museum in the state of New Mexico. Helpful service, reasonable prices and timely shipping will keep us going back, especially for hard-to-find parts for old microscopes. I highly recommend them.
They do not answer or return emails and phone calls, extremely frustrating! We made a $4,000 purchase weeks ago for our company and they will not respond about when it will be shipped. Feel like we have been robbed! We had to call them repeatedly to even make the purchase in the first place! What a sorry excuse for a company. Totally unprofessional! Ready to contact a lawyer at this point!
