If I could give this office/practice less than one star I would. AVOID THIS LIKE THE PLAGUE. PATIENT CARE IS NOT A PRIORITY. PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT A PRIORITY. In March I had requested a change in birth control, and signed paperwork requesting the Implant. Great doctor. TERRIBLY run office. I’ve been coming here a long time, the care is great, but I expect to leave with a headache. My most recent appointment DID NOT EXIST, despite multiple emails and multiple text messages confirming and reminding my of my appointment. I ended up spending 20x the amount of time I spent with the doctor in the waiting area. Not uncommon even with an appointment they can see in their system. All these other reviews seem obviously fake. I have had several appointments here and while I found the receptionists very nice and helpful, the doctor I worked with (Nandi - endocrinologist) was a nightmare. I’ve arrived on time for all my appointment and each time had to wait until 40+ minutes after my appointment time to finally meet with the doctor (longest wait was over an hour after my appointment time). Very disorganized place! They canceled my appointment twice without telling me. Finally got an appointment and I’ve received the worse treatment ever! Stay away from this place
