Beautiful facility. Some really friendly staff. Some not! Mainly writing on here to review my experience with one staff member while leaving the building. I believe he was a tech member? After being in the theater from morning through all the performances and the evening- clearly we had a very long day and were loading out all the bags and belongings to the curb to get placed in an uber.
