my Daughter's Mom passed in July of 2020 and had a policy with New York life her brother fraudulently changed the beneficiary 100% to himself and collected the policy so i contacted the fraud department of New York life several times about it sent them proof for the last three years that it was fraud and the beneficiary wasn't correct they acknowledged that was fraud but still didn't do anything about it their fraud department is a big joke...
I was in the market for life insurance for my father. I've been unsuccessful with two agents. First agent, forgot about our appointment and was late after I waited my entire lunch hour for her. I found another agent in the catalog from the site. He was very attentive at first so I felt like he was a good choice. We went through the application process and it's been five months and still haven't received an update on the application.
