A representative called my elderly dad a M. F. and laughed at him and hung up. I only caught the end of the conversation when he said this but I've worked in customer service forever and that was appalling. I called back myself and talked to a nice guy who said he completed our request. At that point I asked to put in a complaint on the previous repaid he said yes, put me on hold and the call ended.
