Have fun getting your payments. This is the absolute worst company. It doesn’t matter how many times you call in, no one is ever available. I’ve requested call backs numerous times. My account manager is named Jesse and I’ve never heard from them. I turned my paperwork in for my Long-term disability claim in mid January. As soon as open enrollment, is available in my workplace I will be canceling this service. It is such a hassle to receive funds and to get adequate information from anyone regarding your case, I would rather receive AFLAC at least once your doctor turns in all your paperwork you receive your funds.
Called several times to make a appointment with me. Even when i told them iam busy. So i finally made a appointment and they came out and totally had no clue what they were selling. Complete waste of my time.
