Communication was extremely difficult, as very few staff members spoke English fluently. The company appears to operate primarily in Chinese, which created significant issues during the process. Unfortunately, my interactions with Haidi were disappointing and came across as unprofessional and discourteous. Overall, I did not feel the matter was handled competently or efficiently.
This New York Life office is definitely the place to contact for any financial planning needs.
