When you read these reviews, understand that some of these people are dealing with Big companies. Not Rich Price. I was dealing with a different big company after the death of my mother, Richard went over and above helping me understand a other companies policy. The other big company, only a block away was no help. Rich and his secretary are a great part of this community and are there to help you navigate a lot of insurance things. He also can help with investment needs.
Terrible experiences with this company. I was injured and claiming short term for over 8 weeks now. every other week I have had to contact this company, and find out why I haven't been paid. Every time I have contacted them they say they didn't receive something from my doctors office. I contact doctors to verify, only to find out the doctors have not only faxed all of the info TWICE they also emailed them TWICE!
