I'd like to share my experience with Mr. Ramji Sathyamurthy from the Edison office. Three months ago, he promptly took over my accounts and provided all the paperwork I needed to sign and return. However, because I scheduled a meeting tomorrow, he informed me that he no longer has access to my accounts and refused to assist me, suggesting I revert to my previous agent.
