Hassana Padmore and Sarann Jennings met with us to do a presentation of New York Life Insurance Company's services. It was really eye-opening and made us think that we need to be better prepared for our futures. I'd like to share my experience with Mr. Ramji Sathyamurthy from the Edison office. Three months ago, he promptly took over my accounts and provided all the paperwork I needed to sign and return. However, because I scheduled a meeting tomorrow, he informed me that he no longer has access to my accounts and refused to assist me, suggesting I revert to my previous agent. Was told requirement for working here was to get licensed. After passing my state exams, paying for them, and paying for fingerprinting, i was told I “had to sell policies” before i ascertained MY licenses. Spoke to multiple other companies and was told this is a lie. This company is amoral and completely unethical. Nilesh Sanghavi is a screwed up individual who has no business managing anyone. Should be investigated
