This company is down right horrible. I applied for a policy and the application process was stopped. I received a letter that said they would send a second letter explaining why my application was stopped or I could call the agent for the explanation. Thomas Harrington has not answered the phone and I have been calling and leaving messages since the beginning of May. I called the main office and got nowhere. Don’t bother trying to get ahold of anyone after they sell you a life insurance policy. My “agent” has gone MIA, and now I’m stuck with a policy that I can’t get rid of. They didn’t allow me to change a beneficiary on my policy, but they conveniently raised the annual premium without offering any form of service for two years. Do yourself a favor and find an insurance company that actually cares and isn’t just out for your money.
