I would say the local Lafayette people are nice but once you have the policy and try to use benefits it is an awful experience. I tried to get long term care for my poor mama and it made the worst days of our lives ten times worse. The website wouldn’t work. The customer service department transferred me to four different departments and each department disagreed and told me the previous one was wrong.
