Good customer service has gone by the way side along with the 20+ year life insurance policy on my husband that has fallen off the radar until now because it's time for NY Life to increase the premium with no explanation. Premium has been the same for the last 20 years. That's on you NY Life. Two voice mails left, no return calls.
