Extremely Disappointed with New York Life and Agent Ruth G. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with my experience with New York Life and their agent, Ruth G. I met Ruth through a BNI networking meeting, which is supposed to be built on trust. At the time, I had a significant Term life insurance policy, and I mentioned that I had been denied coverage multiple times due to a past accident.
