They just ended my benefits even though nothing in my condition or situation changed. When asked about it all they did was confuse me and put me to work. Bad customer service and it just seems like they are working against me not trying to help. They dont care about the people only there numbers and seems like they will do whatever to get out of paying me my benefits. Just another slimy greedy insurance company
This company is the worst ever. There stall tactics are ridiculous.
The New York Life benefits solution is very confusing, complicated and the customer service is very poor. I have been asking questions about my claim and I get rushed off the phone asking questions. When I give clarification on my clinical notes, I always get cut off. The phone calls are not handled professionally as I thought it would be.
