My previous NYL agent was fabulous. She left NYL, and my policies were transferred to the New Braunfels office. They are not good at following up and getting stuff done. I had a scheduled phone appt with them to get a quote for a policy for my husband. I never received a call from them at the time of appt. I ended up finding a different company to get my husband’s policy through and got myself a new policy with the new company too.
