I am deaf so it is very hard to hear on the phone. I had to make a transaction from my account and my account rep patiently struggled through the call, repeating several times the things I could not hear. Most people, even customer service reps won't slow down when they speak when I say this will help me piece together what they are saying. However, I got full cooperation from my agent. This really should be the norm but sadly it isn't.
