No NY life office here. Not that I saw when I just walked through the whole building.
Took weeks to get them to approve mine and my husbands parental leave, im 5 weeks postpartum and still waiting to receive my first check from them. Had to call multiple times to get an approval. Husband still hasn’t been approved because whoever filed his information filed it wrong. Incredibly upset, having a newborn is hard enough without stressing financials
