Everyone i have talked to in the customer advocacy team has been either rude, unhelpful, or actually misleading. I had a question about my disability benefits and the lady said 'i dont understand what you mean?', quite rudely btw. i needed help and common courtesy would dictate that a CUSTOMER SERVICE rep would want to seek to understand what i needed.
