Arthur Colon. Please be aware. This agent not only wasted my time, he harasses and is extremely unprofessional. Needs to be trained in listening skills. His ideal job is to work as a debt collector because all he does is disrespect and talk. I have filed an official complaint and I'm waiting for management to respond.
It went from going good with a disability claim, until that full pay period ended, then all hell... I don't understand how this company cuts benefits when an employee is still getting kidney operations.... This would clearly be a reason not to return to work yet... absolutely a disappointment, but then again , what isn't these days, IN THIS COUNTRY
